Pick n Pay complaint: Delivery made to wrong address

My complaint:

When placing my order, the first thing the app requires is to set my delivery address (20 palmer road).
To my shock and horror i see the driver dropping off my delivery to one of my neighbours and when i call the driver on the phone they don’t answer. When i phone back again the call just ends.
When i check on the order history i notice the address has changed from 20 to 16 palmer road and i guess my neighbours were only too happy to take an order that doesn’t belong to them.
The app is causing such an inconvenience by changing the address.
I suggest the pnp drivers call first to avoid dishonest people from taking orders that are not theirs and just as an added ation that they are delivering to the right people.
I also find it very disrespectful of drivers not to answer the calls once they make delivery because that could be an indication that something is wrong and they could remedy the situation while still on sight, not to act unbothered as soon as they make delivery. Im still waiting for pnp to right this wrong. What an inconvenience app!

Suggested solution:

Redeliver my order and have the driver to phone and speak to me first before handing over my delivery to ensure the order is given to the right person.
