My complaint:
I have bought 4 cartons of cigarettes within the past 2 months, not all from the same store either. Out of 4, 3 or those have been stale and nasty with broken cigarettes throughout the packs.
Suggested solution:
I feel my money should be refunded or I should receive replacement cigarettes. Although the gas money and the time out of my schedule going and buying the cigarettes can't be replaced. I don't have any pictures or receipts to send in I truly didn't realize at the time that I'd need them and I have sent in the past 2 receipts to the address marlboro gave me and have gotten no response or reaction.
