My complaint:
I brought a 25 gram pouch of Bond street Red as I thought you know cigarette prices are getting higher and i thought I’ll buy a pouch from my local supermarket. Me been the curious person I am decided to grab out the weighing scales and see if it was 25 grams in the pouch, but I was astound to find it was less then 25 grams and in fact it was 16 grams then I weighed it with the packaging and it was 24 grams absolute rip off I am not very happy!
Suggested solution:
Add the proper amount of tobacco as it’s false advertising and illegal make sure the workers double check that it’s actually the correct amount of tobacco and also should send out a free 25 gram pouch for everyone who has complained and has had the same thing happen because people are getting ripped off
