My complaint:
I bought 3 cartons of Marlboro. Hard time keeping them lit. I know that they burn out at 2 different time as a safely feature. How this happening that I had to light it every time I smoked. I found weird products other than a lot of tobacco. They contained chip of
Suggested solution:
1. Inconsistency with cigarettes ingredients. Trash.little pieces of wood contained inside.
2. Hard time keeping lit.
3.less denser than others via purchased over 35 years
4.poor quality more than less purchased more than in a ever purchase in my history
5.they burn faster. Not enjoyable
6. Some had little to tobacco missing especially in my 100's.
7. Over all I feel helpless voiceless and tricked
8. I tried Special Select and Special Blend cigs and did not like the taste any flavor or upset my gastro system. 9. Cheaper isn't better.
10. I'm always disappointed and anxious when going out to buy a carton for my husband.
