My complaint:
Started buying as cheaper then brand I was buying, but tobacco is always loose but worse was this packet just purchased and many didn’t even have the butts wrapped properly and not a joy to smoke think at over $30 a packet quality should be better as wasting over $1 per smoke is not acceptable when they aren’t smokeable.
Suggested solution:
Watch quality of product in manufacturing and refund me this packet as could smoke half of them.
