My complaint:
PHH mortgage is withholding insurance payment and noting the inspection came back at 1% complete. I have a text message from the inspector where she placed completion at 85% complete and she sent me a screen shot of the inspection report I have spoken with 9 different representatives at PHH mortgage to resolve and no one can help with promises of call back. I would like to get reimbursed the money I have spent for my home repairs.
