My complaint:
I refinanced my house with a different lender. PHH owrs me my escrow and they claim to have sent out my escrow refund check. I waited 10 days from when they claim they mailed it. I called PHH to let them know I have not received the escrow refund check and they claim in order to stop payment on the check I need to wait 30 days. They hang up on me when I call and all the customer service employees are in the Philippines.
Suggested solution:
Reissue me a check and mail it out certified. I want to pay my taxes with this money.
