My complaint:

I called PHH re: my mortgage for a list of questions I have. The individual kept laughing consistently, did not know any answers, and those she did answer were wrong. She told me I wasn’t paying the amount per month that my bill showed. She kept saying my escrow amount is my PMI amount.

Suggested solution:

No, they did not.
