My complaint:
I was Ocwen mortgage borrower from 1998-2018. I was one of the homeowners who was done unfair, deception, defrauding, etc in 2009 modification loan. I have been fighting this case every since of my maturity date about my unapplied principal. I did not get any relief of my mortgage principal and I was force into a foreclosure. I brought this case to complaint CFPB in 2018, MS Attorney General in 2019, MS Justice of Department and MS Legal Services. I don’t know how I can resolved this but I will not stop until someone help me. I have a copy of a Lawsuit application processed about Ocwen in 2012 and responded but no action was taken. I will bring this case before a board in United States to resolve my case. This is UNJUST, SEVERE ANXIETY AND STRESS FOR A ELDER WIDOW. PLEASE SOLVE THIS WITH PROOF. THANK YOU.

My mortgage was transferred to current mortgage lender Selene Finance, LP in 2019 and I had to pay all over again of my original mortgage. Afterwards, Ocwen defrauded my payments through a modification falsification system,along with a forced balloon disclosure in 2009. I was eligible for a class action lawsuit that was'nt processed. I paid out my mortgage payments with late charges through maturity date 2018. I have been ignored from all advisor who helped me. I believe my civil rights have been violated in United States.
