My complaint:
I have been trying for almost 8 1/2 to 9 days to get a payoff quote. I have been forced to post pone closings due to their inability to give me a payoff claiming that there is something wrong with the addresses on the purchase agreement and the title for the house I have submitted numerous documents, supporting the address and question even had the county auditors office verify, and they still won’t accept and are dragging their feet on getting me a payoff.
Suggested solution:
By giving me a payoff, so I can close on my home before the buyer decides to back out and causing considerable undo circumstances involving where I live and move
