My complaint:
My mortgage lender, Wells Fargo, transferred my mortgage to PHH Mortgage Services, effective November 1st, and on my statement dated November 17th, PHH Mortgage Services assessed their closing costs, many of them duplicates, in the amount of $2,696.50 to me! I will not pay this! They already have several complaints and lawsuits against them and I want protection against their predatory practices.
Suggested solution:
Remove the $2,696.50 from my mortgage and correct my mortgage balance to what it was before the transfer.
