PHH Mortgage complaint: 2 years and still not resolved

My complaint:

My stepdad died 2 years ago and they wouldn’t even talk to me until I got a loan number. They have fought me every step of the way to do anything after my stepdad’s death. They would willingly except the payments but give nothing else. Now that I was able to get them all the documents they wanted now they say they need more and to wait by the mailbox for the next steps. They refuse to call or email you. They say it takes 1 to 5 business days to getting an email. This company needs to have management review anything that’s escalated because those people still don’t do nothing for you. Plus each time you call even if you found someone to help you and gives you their extension they never answer. They will say they are sorry to hear about the death but do everything to fight you and nothing to help. Maybe 10 years from now it will be resolved or my by my death something will have happened.

Suggested solution:

Be able to help not hinder any situation. Have someone that will be able to assist you in a better manner than waiting by a mailbox. We have all these new forms of communication and you refuse to use them. Two years and still don’t even feel like any step forward has happened.
