My complaint:
My mortgage has been transferred and services by Selene Finance of a imcomplete binding contract of Ocwen in which I signed without any understanding. I am a disability consumer since 1998. I am charged by this current lender Selene Finance with no hope or sensitive toward me of this huge principal debt. I am contacting attorneys for help to reduced this debt. This debt caused me to go into bankruptcy and I paid out so much to Selene and I have to modify my case because my spouse deceased.
Suggested solution:
TO REMOVE THIS RIDULOUS BREACHEC CONTRACT THAT OCWEN UNFAIRLY DONE TO DISABLE PERSON. I MUST BE COMPENSATED FOR THE TIME AND INJURED VICTIM OF THIS SITUATION. I HAVE PAID OUT TO BANKRUPTCY IN AMOUNT OF $24,000 ALREADY INCLUDED INTEREST. NOW THIS CURRENT LENDER IS TRYING TO PUSH ME TO SIGN THEIR MODIFICATION. I WILL PURSUE THROUGH AN ATTORNEY NOW UNTIL THIS MATTER IS SATISFACTORY TO ME.
