My complaint:
I am a Pals Reward member and have been for quite some time. I kept getting these emails about your tenth bag of dog food free. I signed into my Pal Reward account several times and there didn’t appear to be any more to do. The email was not very clear on how to proceed. I finally called Customer Service and they walked me through the process. Not sure why it was not better explained in the e-mail. I am a puppy foster and during the month of November alone purchased five or six large bags of Science Diet for a cost of over $300. Contacted PetCo Customer Service and was told too bad. This doesn’t surprise me because I have never received anything but substandard service both in the store and over the phone. All I want is credit for the bags of dog food In have purchased.
Suggested solution:
Give me the credit for the dog food that i purchased.
