My complaint:
Not the first time about the 7th time. I call ahead to check on large quantities of live crickets. I was told Everytime I called they definitely had them. I went there right after calling each time and I am rudely told there are no way we can give you that many. So after driving all the way out there this is what I’m told rudely each time every time. They say well I don’t know who told you that on the phone. It wouldn’t be bad if it happened once but it happens every time 7 at this point! No apology. And they are just very rude employees there! I hope that you will take care of this as I am extremely disgusted and upset and I’m going to start telling my friends and family not to shop at that store. I will be expecting to hear from you. And at this point, I would expect something in compensation for the waste of gas and the rudeness that I have been objected to. I have nine bearded dragons and a day crested gecko that need these crickets. And I can never get them at your store in Latham. Nor should I have to be treated the way that I have been!!!!
Suggested solution:
An apology and a gift card. And don't lie to customers on the phone. And treat your customers with respect instead of being rude!
