My complaint:
went to buy crickets on monday, may 23, 2022. There were 2 workers standing and talking at front of store. I said I needed crickets and they said they didn’t have any more help so they were not doing crickets and to come back some other day. I said I am a paying customer and they were not doing anything but standing there with only 2 other customers in the store. One of the workers mumbled something and the other one got my crickets with a rude attitude. Then I had to wait for them to check me out because neither one went to the cash register. I have never had trouble at this store before, so was very surprised.
Suggested solution:
retrain workers for doing the job they get paid for. if there are no customers to buy things, then they have no job. don't be lazy and tell customer to come back some other day!
