My complaint:
I selected shop now for the 10% off pickup promotion and searched the list of approved items to find my bag of dog food. I am now being told that my specific brand of dog food is on the exclusion list, which I have been purchasing for almost a year with the given promotion. It was never an exclusion until now. However, why is it showing on the list, but I am being told it’s excluded. This is a popular dog food brand and needs to be put back on the list for the promotion. Otherwise, I should just go back and do my shopping at Petsmart. I only shopped at Petco for the promotion, but if that’s no longer an option, I have more rewards at Petsmart.

Stop adding additional exclusions to items people have already been purchasing on the 10% off pickup promotion. It makes for a negative experience when you take promotions away from loyal customers, especially since this dog food brand has been part of the promotion for a long time. Kindly bring back Purina Pro Plans back into the promotion for 10% off $50 with pickupin store.
