My complaint:
I have the hub on the fly wheel repaired twice, but after one-month it is defective again and needs replacement. I reported this early January and the repair was scheduled. Despite ing the date of the repair no one showed. This is when I found out this service has been transferred to Select Express. I have called on multiple occasions to schedule the repair. Each time I am told I will be contacted by their technician and nothing happens. So here I am 2-months after reporting the problem for the third time. Select Express are no help. What do I do next? Before repairs were contracted to this company Peloton’s service was excellent. They are letting the whole company down. Very disappointing and I know I am not the only one affected by this.
Suggested solution:
Since this is the third time in 3-months this repair is needed and Select Express are deficient in their service I expect my bike to be replaced.
