Peloton complaint: Refuses refund

My complaint:

Peloton delivered treadmill on December 14th of 2021. Delivery was to include full set up. Calibration and centering of belt. Third party delivery team refused. Not their job. After discussing with salesperson, and no team available to come out and complete set up, I requested return and refund.
Delivery partner XPO scheduled and has cancelled on four separate occasions. Peloton refuses refund until equipment is picked up, but keeps cancelling pick up.

Suggested solution:

They should process the refund and pick it up when they can. The next available offer for pick up is April 13th. Unacceptable and a scam.
