My complaint:
Our delivery was pushed over a month due to a two day winter storm. I understand the weather can cause delays but there was no explanation as to why people (whom I know personally) ordered their bikes over a month after we did, will get their bikes delivered before ours. The lack of explanation and logic was incredibly frustrating. No real support, concern or rationale behind any of it.
Suggested solution:
My delivery should be moved up to the next available slot in our area as opposed to bumping behind a bunch of orders a month older than my own. It's absolutely ridiculous and if it's not resolved I will gladly turn people away from purchasing the bike based on absolute garbage customer support alone.
