My complaint:
My daughter ordered a stationary bike. After waiting a few weeks she received notice that the bike would be delivered on Monday, December 6, 2021 by 1:30 PM. She asked me to stay at her house to let them in which I did. The delivery service never showed up and never called with any updates. They then told her they would be here Tuesday the 7th and again I hung around all day for nothing. Same on the 8th and 9th. When she spoke to the delivery company they were rude, lied and absolutely unhelpful as were the numerous Peloton employees she spoke to. I understand the issues with labor shortages but no updates and lies. That’s BS. She still wants the bike but Pelotons service has been abysmal at best.
Suggested solution:
Straighten out your third party delivery service.
