Peloton complaint: False promises and rude customer service

My complaint:

Horrible customer service. Make a large apparel order, site says allow 5 days to be shipped out. I am now on day 23 and no shipment. Contacted customer service and 100% RUDE about it. Guess I can expect this to finally ship in a few months, just like it took forever to get my bike. Heck, by the time it ships my items will probably be out of stock or too big for me to wear. Also their return policy is 30 days from order date, guess that disqualifies me from being able to return anything. Same old excuse of Covid… well many other large retailers like Reebok, Nike, Adidas, etc… have figured it out. I receive my order as promised, no issues.

Suggested solution:

Ship my order first and foremost. Offer a prorated discount for each day it is delayed past my promised ship date.
