My complaint:
My bike was delivered on May 8, 2021. The driver backed up in my driveway and ripped both my phone and internet wires out of my house. I spoke to the drivers manager who said that for my trouble, he would be mailing out a $100.00 gift certificate. Still waiting for that gift certificate.
Suggested solution:
I was promised a $100.00 gift card from the drivers manager. That was over a month ago.
