Peloton complaint: My van that I’m renting to deliver Pelotons

My complaint:

The idea of going to work and getting something done is lost on Pelotons delivery teams.
I was told from the street that the alley (which was icy) could not be utilized to enter my rear drive.

No attempt- stepped out the vehicle and said it’s too icy…no recognition that other lighter vehicles are freely coming and going.
Delay, after delay, after delay- the bike was suppose to be here in early January…looks like it will be March, now.
Unless it rains or the wind blows the wrong direction.

I just had to pause- so I could wave to my neighbors driving by (in the alley) in their Prius.

Oh, and don’t call me on a Sunday at 7am saying you will arrive at 8am and show at 10am.
Just pooooooooooor effort.

Suggested solution:

Give me my time back, and get me another product that I can use.
- I can’t stand Sloppy, especially when your paying for a “name” -Man! So little effort.
Disturbingly low effort.
