My complaint:
Peloton recall on seat post for original bike. They say stop riding but contradict themselves by giving replacement priority to those of a certain height and weight. If everyone should stop riding the priority makes no sense. Further my spouse and I purchased bike a few months ago as shared riders but I used my credit card so am considered primary acct holder. Well I don’t make height nor weight for priority replacement but my husband does yet Peloton completely ignores this saying only my height and weight count. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Suggested solution:
Peloton replaces defective part and stands by its own height/weight priority(for all users) for replacement part to be sent so I can use the expensive equipment I purchased less than 5 months ago
