My complaint:
I had a holiday booked at two of your parks in July 2020. Due to Leicester being locked down ypu wrote to me and told me I couldn’t attend.
You gave me a phone number to call and I was on hold for hours trying to get a refund. The only option was to accept vouchers online before a deadline. I have never been able to use these and contacted you on twitter by dm many many times with some responses that have now been deleted and you no longer accept direct messages on twitter.
I should not jave had vouchers that I could never use and would prefer yy refund.
