My complaint:
Last April I purchased a new lodge at Nodes Point Holiday Park. When I was in negotiations to purchase my holiday home was that I was purchasing an end of line lodge and the assurance that in the next few years there would be no further developments on the site in the forseeable
future. This was ed by the sales representative Ryan that currently there was no plans to increase the size of Nodes Point.
In October we were sent a text message to say that building work would be started on site. Just after receiving this email I visited the site and saw there was building going on to increase the site with another 8 lodges to the left of us. I contacted the manager asking for details and was told at the current time he could not help as there was no plan available.
I received another text last week to apologise for any inconvenience to further building works on site.
I visited my lodge this week only to find that the area right next to us has been pegged out to start preparations for another 8 lodges.
I saw the sales manager and said I was disappointed he had lied to me. If I had known the above then I would not have purchased the lodge.
Suggested solution:
I wait for options as I have not got what I paid for.
