My complaint:

I booked the Holywell Bay caravan park for the 05th to 09th October. I drove from Manchester which was 6.5 hour drive. When I arrived at the holiday park I was told I had been transferred to Crantock beach holiday park.
We had no notification, no email, no phone call advising this. The lady on reception could see on the system that there was no correspondence with me. I asked to be put in to the park I booked but was told they are full.
I booked the original park as it was close to the beach and my husband is disabled so it wouldn’t be that far of a walk.
I shouldn’t have been shipped to another park just because they overbooked. I really didn’t have any choice to say no to Crantock beach and it was a 6.5 hour drive back.

I checked the website when I came back and the system has changed so it looks like I actually booked Crantock beach!

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund as I didn't get what I paid for and booked.
