My complaint:
Caravan smelt so bad of dog reception sent a maid to spray all soft furnishing, Result as I am astmatic I had an attack. Maid got covers to put on all soft furnishings So bed covers (not matching) kept slipping of of chairs making a hazzard. . curtains in lounge did not march looked shabby. Had to vacate caravan for 4 hours. Caravan set 6 feet away from maintainance area. so from 8am no chance of a lie in noise of large vehicles moving each day horrendous.
Suggested solution:
Offer a holiday in a caravan not smelling of dog. not being by maintainance site and with clean furnishings and matching curtains. SHAME ON YOU PARKDEAN RESORT EXPECTED BETTER.
