My complaint:
We arrived on saturday as restrictions lifted Monday to be told there was no food being served. Yesterday the water was off from 10 am till gone midnight and we couldnt even have a shower. The entertainment was not even on due to no water or toilets. We have again just come to the club at 8.00 pm to be told again there is no water and they again have closed the club. Despite there best efforts it has spoilt the holiday.
Suggested solution:
I would like to request a refund.
