I want to make a complaint over a few points and about an incident which happened on my arrival.
Saturday 17-7-21
We had arrive and once I got to the caravan I started to unpack.
When I finally finished I had left my handbag in the car so when I got it, I headed back my ankle when completely over and I fell towards the handrails on the ramp..
I badly hurt my ankle and jard my back, due to the Large hole at the edge of the drivewaylawn.
I then was helped inside by my brother which was staying at the site too.
Caravan was not fully clean – food left on someof the plates, cutlery draw had bread crumbs in and floors not clean as my soles of my feet were black ) handrails loose, radiator loose, shower-room a trip and fall hazard, handled were not clean and outside are cigarettes ends all left outside the caravan ( I booked a smoke Free as I have allergies to tobaccos and pets)
When I manage to text your help desk the first aid lifeguard came over and looked at the ankle.
It was swollen and painful, they got a ice pack which was put onto the ankle and left me two..
( but these were out of date 20214 and didn’t work )
Sunday I met the manager and he took down all the problems at the caravan and that it wasn’t disable friendly, the manager said he would get me some more ice packs( didn’t happen)
He promised a call and that he would need to look into it.
Risk assessments must take place I would like to know when the last one was done ?
Now it’s Monday my Ankle still painful and has stopped me from enjoying my holiday.
( as I also care for my 74 year old mum, this has coursed me some major problems )
I didn’t expect this on my first break in 2.5 years..

19th Spoken to reception promised a call back – still waiting
20th called into Recption again lady took my details again – No Call Back
21st
Called again and asked
For the managed come ad see me – no one bother to turn up
I when Into the main best and finally got to speak Shannon
– again said will look into this
And I am waiting
