My complaint:
Hello I booked a holiday with parkdean as I do every year I was disgraced when I turned up in June 25th the caravan was tiny and I paid extra for more room aswell I asked for it not to be on a hill and it was it was very dirty I am utterly disgraced with this situation not happy at all I suffer with my legs which was not brilliant at all so I’m not happy one little bit
Suggested solution:
I would like this resolved as ly as possible le I love lower Hyde but am disgusted at this time.... I would like a short break away so if you could help me along the way for my children to have a better time then they did
