My complaint:

Hi, we have just returned from a weekend away at your Coopers Beach Resort (ref:8234690). We normally go a few times a year and have breakfast every morning and lunchesevening meals in the restaurant. We really struggled this year as we had to order through the app which was a nightmare when you have a large order. Very difficult to go through all the different pages on the menu. Ended up ordering one wrong meal in the evening plus my husband ordered an adult breakfast instead of a kids breakfast which ended up with us having to order an additional kids breakfast, its not a very good app, too fiddly and complicated. Plus (probably because of the poor wifi) I had to put in my card details a few times. One time we were sitting waiting for our breakfast (we had ordered the children’s one first before our own) and our order hadnt even gone through on the app so our breakfast came out and when I checked my phone the kids breakfast hadnt even gone through on my app – all very frustrating. Plus we ended up spending a lot more because of all the mishaps we had when ordering.

Suggested solution:

Perhaps a voucher for the restaurant to be used in the future would be a nice gesture.
