My complaint:
we booked our holiday paid for early check as travelling with our son who as autism and learning difficulties
on arrival at 1 oclock went to our allocated caravan , it was filthy big stains on settee cushions not plumped it was as though someone had just ben lounging on it so cleaners deffo not sorted it crumbs allover the floor so not been hoover kitchen lino crumbs including nail clipping so not hoover or even mopped a booked slung on floor under table , one chairs to the table filthy and the wall at side of it
went to reception to be told they will sort another van out quickly i said i have paid for early chrck in she said we can refund but would take 14 days i refused so she gave me 25 pounds in vouchers
we went for something to eat then rang reception to see what was happning said the second van wasnt suitable as had holes in walls so sending cleaners into snother one
sat around waiting till 5 oclock when i went back to reception at this point she saw me snd rang me to tell me the van was ready she did give 50 pound vouchers as a good will gesture
went to the caravan still the settee had stains on it but could not be bothered to go back and wait again
went to the club fri night 30 minutes quing at the bar 20 minutes on app went in saturday at 5 pm quing rite to the door people standing everywere no tables to sit covid rules broken at all accounts we walked out went in the boat house but did not think right as this was why we booked for the entertainment for our son thoroughly disapointed so we left on the sunday instead of monday as we did not want to be in the same situation
Suggested solution:
clean the bloody vans properly plus if someone complains see to straight away not 4 hours later
