My complaint:

Good morning,

I’m writing to make a formal complaint about the above camp site, me, and my partner and two children stayed at your park (Privately) from Friday to Monday 5th November to 8th November, never have I ever witnessed such incompetence from a set of staff in all my time on this planet, your park is in complete disarray and management need to pull their fingers out A.S.A.P to sort it.
Me and my partner tried constantly to ring to book activities on the site only to be told by your reception team that it cannot be processed and to just turn up on the day as it’s a quiet time of year and will not be an issue so not to worry. Lo and behold, when we turned up to the park everything was FULLY BOOKED, if it wasn’t for your staff members inside the pool (who were the saviours of the trip in this case) the kids would have been left with nothing to do.

You have one particular member of staff who works behind the bareatery area, she is a large vile woman with an absolutely stinking attitude, I actually had to leave the restaurant because if i heard her speak to someone again the way she was after she spoke to some of her colleagues, I would have lost my cool completely.

The food in the restaurant is way below average quality, even if I had 30% off it would still be overpriced for what it is, the only thing worth eating are the sides and pizzas, the rest is just bland, dry, microwaved awfulness.

This is my second visit to your site, and we always spend a decent amount of money, based on this trip I will 100% not be returning, reviews will be posted on TripAdvisor and the likes to advise people of your inefficiencies as a business to even care about their clients.
