My complaint:
Having paid a deposit to purchase a static caravan we changed our minds due to the high site fees and raised a cancellation, this was done on October 21st now 5 weeks later we are still waiting. I am sick to death of hearing your answer phone messages about customer service being your number one priority! That is absolute garbage, I have rang numerous numbers and on most of them have not even managed to speak to anyone and on the odd time I have i’ve been fobbed off with excuses. I am now at the end of my tether and I can assure you I will be taking this matter further as I consider it ‘theft’ as you still have my money yet I have no goods. Your company actually have our account details so could have done a direct transfer but apparently that wasn’t possible!
Suggested solution:
By refunding my money into my account ASAP
