Parkdean Resorts complaint: Staff told us we didn’t need to book activities when we arrived as was out of season

My complaint:

I booked a weekend for my family 3 grandchildren and 2 adults, when I booked I purposely asked if the pool and activities would still be open as it was out of season, I was told yes and you wouldn’t need to book ahead. When my family got to site they asked on arrival if they needed to book activities and were told no. When they went to swimming on Sunday the pool was about to close. Not good as this was never mentioned at booking in. Then they went to slime activity and were told it was pre book only and it was too late to book. ( only 4 other children in the queue). When they left on Monday this was all mentioned to the staff who said they could have accommodated then at the activities. All together a very poor experience. The booking reference was 10379265. I would like answers as this holiday was tarnished by this
