My complaint:
The caravan was dirty and smelly stain of urine and blood on mattress we only stayed a couple of days mu disabled mum and my daughter got I’ll my niece was bitten by bugs in the caravan I want some sort of compensation
Suggested solution:
I want some sort of compensation a not just 19 percent
