My complaint:
I’m very disappointed in the service I received, I had to cancel my booking recently with you for my usual holiday in June I don’t see why I should have had to divulge the reason for this to qualify for my booking fee to be actively accepted but I’m had to cancel my booking as I had to go to the United States to attend the funeral of my late father and attend to his estate but as I said I don’t see I should have to discuss this with anyone as its a personal matter now I have been a regular attendee with my family to the sandylands Park in Ayr for the last three years now and I’m really unhappy in the manner I have been treated and to rub salt in my already delicate situation I am told I will be charged a fee of £351 from my money I paid now I find this unacceptable conduct on your company’s part and I request this money is returned to me immediately as you have no right to charge me for having a personal emergency in my life my booking reference number is 9626528 for the booking I made last year now I expect a reasonable solution to this treatment.
Suggested solution:
Pay my requested charges back to me and have some compassion for what people are experiencing in life and that they don't always want to share their personal affairs with the world
