My complaint:

I could not file a complaint on the Parkdean website. I was at Kessingland from 3110 to 411. I upgraded and paid £60 for a super caravan with partial sea view. Yes, I did have a partial view, but I was put in a very old caravan. {My previous booking in May I had a lovely modern caravan where everything worked.} The cooker didn’t work but they resolved this issue. When I switched on the heating on Tuesday evening a wasp appeared, I am allergic to stings. I called security but they couldn’t locate the wasp and said it must have flown out of the open door. Then the heating and hot water failed but this issue was resolved the next day. On Thursday as I switched on the heating in the evening another wasp appeared, and security killed it. I should have been informed that the caravan was old, it shook in the high winds, I would have had the option to refuse the so-called upgrade. I would like a refund of the money I paid to upgrade.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of the money I paid to upgrade. I feel I was not given sufficient information to make an informed decision.
