My complaint:
My name is Andrew Lawrence I have been coming to parkdean Withernsea for many years.
I would like to complain about the manager her decisions on a delicate matter involving my Wife’s illness.
We (5 dog) were booked in at Withernsea for 3 nights, (touring) 23,24,25, Oct. (Booking Reference: 9811271)
On the Monday I was told to take down the flag pole that we fly every time we go the Withernsea parkdean and have done for many years. I took the attendant to one side explained about my Wife having bone cancer and that this may be her last holiday and could we leave it up till we leave on the Wednesday, he said he will ask the manager which was a young woman, the flag in question is a speedway team from Dorset (Poole Pirates) He returned a short while later said the manager said no you have to take it down. I was curious about this rule so I looked at the Terms Conditions under which we were booked and found no mention of flags or flag poles or lights on flag poles, I went to the office and questioned this to the manager, she had no answer I asked her again if I could leave it up till Wednesday for my Wife. She said no. My last words to here were.
I hope someone denies you a little happiness in your last months of your life.
I am very sad as it was a small request.
Regards
Andrew Lawrence

By responding with a good explanation to the situation why i should keep using Park dean Withernsea.
Response from Park Dean Dear Andrew, Thank you for your email. I am sorry that you did experience unfair treatment on your break away to our Withernsea Sands Holiday Park. It does upset me to see that you didn’t experience the customer service level we do strive ourselves on. I have handed this over to our on-park team to reach out to you and deal with as the decision was made by themselves, you should receive a response in the coming days. Once more I would like to offer my apologies as I can understand how small a request it… Read more »
