My complaint:
All my family 14 of us went to stay at skipsea sands for my 55 th birthday we booked 2 caravans from you the others were private , I upgraded and paid extra £80 soo I could be located near to my daughter , even though I was refunded the £80 I still feel I need to complain the caravan was filthy it had not been cleaned there was2 bags of dirty washing in the room and none of the beds had quilt covers on , the caravan was full of spiders , the decking and not been swept or mopped for months i spent my first evening cleaning went out and bought mop and bucket to scrub the outside of the caravan and disinfected the inside as no other caravan available , there was no swimming on for my grandchildren either , this was so stressful the settee was so dirty I never sat on it once I sat on the kitchen chair all weekend my granddaughter is crawling I couldn’t let her crawl round because the carpet was disgusting the whole weekend was ruined , iv been staying at your resorts for years and I will never go back to skipsea sands , I stood in the queue half hour with a 9 month old baby listening to all the customers complaining about how dirty the caravans were I want a full refund and refunding for all the cleaning products I bought
