My complaint:
Caravan windows all open at tea time when arrived
The smell was horrendous
Security agreed
Moved us overnight
But no other accommodation available for our stay, one week Monday to Monday my 60th birthday with family completely ruined
Asked any other park available in 2 hour drive and the answer was no, no Manager or Experience Manager available till Wednesday so we all had to go home
No help or support at all
Offered 10% of next holiday
Oh and given a bottle of wine for inconvenience. £1000 holiday
