Requested a refund due to Covid-19, i missed the deadline for a refund , i sent my apologies and reasons why, but was automatically given a voucher
.I work for the N.H.S and i had family issues at the time , i sent various e-mails explaining my situation but the response i got was , they would extend my deadline for booking,the first date was 5thJune 2020, 30th Nov 2020,7th Dec 2020 and again 31st Jan2021!!
Both my husband and daughter have suffered with Covid 19 and with this lockdown i cant even think about a holiday.
I think they should have considered what i was asking, instead of fobbing me off with different dates , i felt pressured into booking another holiday which i didnt want to do
