My complaint:
We don’t want to travel because of the current situation. I think you should take this seriously.
Yes it’s not till may but we won’t be vaccinated by this time. We have too autistic children who don’t understand social distancing. My eldest 13 will not wear a mask, in fact he hasn’t left our house since the start of covid. I thought you would be more understanding of the circumstances instead of taking money from me if I cancel. Money is tight and that’s the same for most people, you must be aware of this.
Suggested solution:
Please just refund us, don’t make us travel and have a holiday of nightmare’s. Also if you are going to refund us don’t forget the priority arrival.
