My complaint:
We paid for a 3 bed van and was given a 2 bed .there was no car parking near van . The flooring was not lying flat with bellows in 3 places . The sweeping brush was not fit for perpose it was yard brush when we arrived the curtains were hanging off its rails on 4 windows all in all the whole van is is very tired looking and in need of taking out of letting this is worst van we have stayed in
Suggested solution:
We would like a £300 refund because mainly for 2 bed instead of 3 bed
