My complaint:
Sunday 21st August – (main 6 week holiday) shut the whole park (show bar, restaurant and bar) no staff and no notice and very little apology
Public toilets not cleaned all week – no soap in toilet dispensers and no toilet roll (still in a pandemic)
Showers so hot it was impossible to tolerate – burn risk to children and the elderly
One person serving in showbar and bar (1hr queues for bingo and drinks)
No staff presence at all – minimal help with complaints and no one cared at all
Laundry downsize – 2 machines and 2 dryers for ALL of park including staff
Staff attitude to complaints (that were being very tactfully explained)
Holiday not yet finished but I’m literally counting the days. 😞
Suggested solution:
Monetary refund and apology and acceptance of all the issues
