My complaint:
i had issues with caravan i was sold last year as i paid for 6 birth and received a 4,theyve now compensated me with a new van however i paid 600 for second hand decking fro the site including fitting,i agreed i would pay something to get the decking re-fitted i have now been told it will cost 1000,absolute rip off
need this sorting asap as me and my family have had nothing but hassle since we went with ownership through yourselves and im thinking of selling already
Suggested solution:
want my decking refitted as ive already paid once to have it fitted, i didnt mind paying something towards this however im quite simply now being ripped off
