My complaint:
I have booked a holiday with a private owner on your lizard point parkdean site 3 The Heathers.
I was travelling down with 3 other separate family bookings who booked up on your touring field. 29th May- 5th June

You have cancelled all the rest of my family’s booking for this week. I am booked in to 3 the heathers a private owner so I could be close to the touring field as this was all that was available at the time. My daughter is disabled and has complex needs I am traveling with my family so they can help and support me so I can enjoy my holiday.
My holiday has now been ruined I have nobody to help me with my daughter and my other children will not have family available to take them to activities when my daughter becomes ill.
My daughter has a severe condition which makes her sensitive she has prolonged seizures which are dangerous and limits activities. They come without warning and restrict my other children’s care which is why I rarely travel and when I do I have lots of support. My family have had to move to other sites and leave me on my own. This is out of my control there are no spaces anywhere else and I cant get a refund anyway due to being a private owner. I phoned your support line and they have no compassion just saying its nothing to do with you because I booked a private caravan.
Its disgusting that you accept no responsibility completely unsympathetic that you have ruined my family holiday. Holidays, Day trips well every day is extremely difficult for my family due to my daughters disability a lot of planning has to be put in place. Our only holiday in the last two years is now going to be ruined no relaxation just a holiday of stress.My family booked with you directly so it is your responsibility. I expected more from a big company like yourselves.
Suggested solution:
my holiday is going to be spent alone stressed with my children missing out on a lot of fun and activities. I will not even be able to take them swimming as its to dangerous with no support. I feel like I should be offered some sort of compensation so I can bring my family back another time in the year with the support in place so we can the holiday we should have shared together.
