My complaint:
I booked a holiday through the sun holidays, for the 23rd April 2021 Booking ref 8598970. I wasnt aware that there was an oustanding amount to you owed for £24 until i found your email in my spam folder, i tried to pay online but was it wouldnt work, i called Parkdean and was told the holiday had been cancelled but only the day before so wouldnt be a problem as they would put me on the booking list, i then heard nothing. I called back daily for 5 days to be told by different people there had baan a mistake and i hadnt been put on the booking list,
